Return and Refund Policy

In case that you are not satisfied with your order, please call MIV Organic Inc.  Customer Service within 72 hours of receiving your order at 416 993 8538 or e-mail us at sales@mivorganic.com. Returns are possible within 7 days after speaking to our customer service representative. The shipping costs for return items are paid by the clients themselves.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

In transit products can sometimes get damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 72 hours after receiving your order. Please take pictures and send them to sales@mivorganic.com. Refund will be issued within a week.

WRONG PRODUCTS:

If you received a wrong product, first please check the invoice that came with your order. If you realize that you by accident ordered the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, so that we can help you solve the issue.

Please note: Make sure you do not open the product packaging of the incorrect item as we cannot process any return/exchange for products already open. Any claims after the 72 hour time frame will not be honored. Replacement packages are shipped using the same shipping method as the original method chosen on the order and the costs are the responsibility of the clients.
