Do you ship outside of Canada?

  • No, we don’t. We a Canadian company based in Mississauga, Ontario. We ship only in Canada.

How is your shipping charge calculated?

  • The shipping charge is calculated electronically by Canada Post. Depends on the weight and size of your order and your address of destination, Canada Post calculates the shipping charge.

I’ve ordered few items and one item (jar) was broken, can I replace it?

  • We do our best to wrap all glass items very well. We do not carry any more responsibility since we submit the order to the shipping carrier. However, we do understand that a broken item is not what is expected from our clients. If you have such an experience, please, send us a photo of your damaged parcel. We will replace your broken items in your next order.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • No, we do not. We currently offer $10 handling fee for a delivery to your home for orders above $100 on the territory of City of Toronto, Mississauga and Scarborough

I have made my order but I do not see the handling fee option in the shopping cart?

  • In order the handling fee option to be activated in the shopping cart you order has to be meet two conditions: 1) the subtotal of your purchase is above $100; 2) your delivery address is in City of Toronto, Mississauga or Scarborough.

Do you offer pick up?

  • Yes, we offer own pick up. Please, call us or email us for additional arrangement.
